“ I have visited this establishment since they first opened just never stopped to review. I love the chicken. It has always been freshly cooked. Waffles are made upon request as well. Don't laugh... you go to a buffet and take the Waffle laying in the pan. I never do! I love the little pie desserts. They even warm them for you. Service has always been great! Good variety of menu item choices. I recommend this place. ”
“ Lamb bowl omg! Sooo good. The wings are awesome, wish they weren't so small. This local shop has the best fried chicken, Mac and cheese, and the lamb bowls are phenomenal! Get the mumbo sauce on the side like a true native! Legends for a reason! ”

“ Got back in town after a trip, and it was late and I was hungry. For some reason, this spot came to mind -- and it's convenient because I drove by it on the way from the airport. It's easy to spot from the main road, and folks were standing around waiting for their orders. When I entered, everyone was friendly, and they were focusing hard on the big soccer game. I observed the menu overhead. While they are known for chicken & waffles, they have sandwiches, desserts, and entrees like whiting. I decided to order what they're known for... a waffle with 3 pieces of chicken. It was ready in less than 10 minutes... and I decided to get a bean pie for my parents. When I got home, I was quite pleased. The waffle was big and tasty, and the chicken had a great flavor to it! I'd go back to have another round and try more things. There are a couple tables in the restaurant, but ultimately it serves better as a takeout spot. Swing by if you're in a chicken & waffles mood! ”
